After-Hours Vehicle Return Policy

Customers may return the vehicle at the airport under the following conditions:

• Park the vehicle in regular public parking only
   
• Terminal A, B, or C – Level 3
   
•  Vehicles must NOT be parked in:
   
• Any car rental return area
   
• Any car rental–designated parking location
   

Required instructions:

• Leave the key inside the vehicle
   
• Do not lock the vehicle
   
• Enter the parking area through the SunPass gate
   
• The customer must submit a photo or video clearly showing where the vehicle is parked
   

Airport drop-off fee: $60 (parking ticket)

Vehicles may also be returned to our office location: Office Address:

• Park the vehicle in the designated area
   
• Place the keys in the secure key drop box located next to the office door
   
• Important: Drop-offs before 8:00 AM do not include shuttle service
